In August 2025, our team contributed to Immissionsschutz (Issue 3/2025) with the article:
“Emission and Immission Modelling for Rail Transport”
The publication presents new emission factors and modelling approaches for particle emissions in rail transport, developed as part of the DZSF research project EmidES. The methodology is based on field measurements, performance data and dispersion modelling along the German railway network.
